Our Guarantee

Upon completion of work, from that date on, providing the homeowner makes no structural changes to the home itself, Crawlspace Medics LLC offers a comprehensive 12 month guarantee on all work performed.  This guarantee also extends to any new homeowner lest the property change hands. There is no fee for this guarantee transfer if original customer/homeowner engaged our services. 

If, in the remote possibility, any work performed by Crawlspace Medics LLC does not meet the criteria of any Licensed Building Inspector and as such is deemed below code, Crawl Space Medics LLC will, at no additional charge for either materials or labor, work with the customer, until complete satisfaction and such requirements are met.

This guarantee, however, does not extend to any kind of rodent control program.  When performing a rodent infested Crawlspace clean out, Crawlspace Medics LLC will make every effort to reduce the possibility of a future rodent re-infestation, though cannot guarantee such.  If rodents return after work is substantially completed, Crawlspace Medics LLC will not be held liable for any possible damage occurred by said infestation.  For an effective rodent control programme it is recommended that you engage the services of a reputable, licensed pest control company.
