At Crawlspace Medics LLC, this is a service we feel is unique, and a principle and philosophy we stand firmly behind.
Put simply, we do not engage in any kind of ‘hard sell’ policy. A ‘free inspection’, with the vast majority of companies is often the opportunity of allowing a skilled commission driven salesperson into your home whose sole goal is to sell. Not, in our experience, all companies. Just most of them. And as we have over three decades of combined Pest Control experience, we speak from first hand knowledge. Using up to the date technology such as digital cameras and camcorders, all our findings – both good and bad – we will relay to you both verbally and by above means. Crawlspaces can be pretty lonely, so we welcome the more adventurous to get down and dirty and join us when we inspect the Crawlspace of your home! Come along for the ride!
So our Free Ethical Inspection is just that. Dubious sales techniques are not only immoral, but are counter-productive long term. Besides, it’s just plain wrong and brings to mind the often repeated cliché, “Treat others the way you wish to be treated.”
As a mid-sized locally owned and operated business, we certainly don’t have the budget to advertise during the Superbowl and can ill afford a suspect reputation for aggressive sales practices. Instead we prefer the old fashioned concept of quality work, personal customer relations and word of mouth referral, which, for the record, we feel eclipses a Superbowl ad.
